Ovaj se problem pogor\u0161ao tijekom pandemije COVID-19 i nastavlja biti glavni izazov s demografskim pomakom, budu\u0107i da se umirovljena radna snaga ne obnavlja dovoljno da bi zadovoljila rastu\u0107u potra\u017enju starije populacije (OECD, 2024.). OECD identificira pove\u0107anje mogu\u0107nosti obrazovanja i osposobljavanja te optimizaciju kombinacije vje\u0161tina, uklju\u010duju\u0107i digitalne tehnologije i umjetnu inteligenciju, kao na\u010dine za rje\u0161avanje ovog izazova. EK ima za cilj smanjiti jaz u digitalnim vje\u0161tinama u sektorima zdravstva i skrbi (Digitalne vje\u0161tine za digitalnu transformaciju sustava zdravstva i skrbi \u2013 DG Reform). Neke nedavne studije prikupljaju dokaze o prednostima XR-a kao nastavnog alata u obrazovanju medicinskih sestara (Souza-Nyk\u00e4nen i Semenchenko, 2020.; Hu i sur., 2023.; Aikawa i sur. 2024.; Lee i sur. 2024., Woodall i sur., 2024.; Ota i sur., 2024.).<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111u svim modalitetima, VR je onaj s najvi\u0161e dokumentiranim potencijalom i koristima za obrazovanje medicinskih sestara ili zdravstvenog obrazovanja. Simulacije klini\u010dkih situacija slu\u017ee kao u\u010dinkovit alat za praksu koji studentima omogu\u0107uje stjecanje ve\u0107eg samopouzdanja u svoje vje\u0161tine i smanjenje rizika od klini\u010dkih pogre\u0161aka, kao i vje\u017ebanje emocionalnih, kognitivnih i interpersonalnih vje\u0161tina (Silva, 2024.).<\/p>\n<p>U tom smislu, VR temeljen na 360\u00ba videozapisima predlo\u017een je kao pristupa\u010dan alat bez potrebe za visokim digitalnim vje\u0161tinama ili znanjem o 3D modeliranju ili programiranju softvera.<br \/>Analize poput Aebersolda i Dunbara (2021.) zaklju\u010duju da bi XR tehnologije trebale biti dio nastavnog plana i programa u sestrinskom obrazovanju te da imaju o\u010dite obrazovne koristi poput iskustvene prirode, anga\u017emana i sposobnosti uranjanja, kao i fleksibilnosti i skalabilnosti. Osim toga, VR obuka mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati anga\u017eman i zadovoljstvo studenata, \u010dime se pobolj\u0161ava zadr\u017eavanje (Silva, 2024.).<\/p>\n<p>Zdravstveno obrazovanje svjedo\u010dilo je dramati\u010dnom porastu kori\u0161tenja pro\u0161irene stvarnosti, ali postoje ograni\u010deni dokazi da se konceptualni okviri u\u010dinkovito koriste u dizajnu i implementaciji XR-a (Salcedo i sur., 2022.).<\/p>\n<p>Glavni cilj ovog projekta je stvaranje metodologije dizajna usmjerene na \u010dovjeka koja \u0107e voditi edukatore u sestrinstvu u stvaranju XR materijala za u\u010denje u kojima su potrebe pacijenata i studenata u sredi\u0161tu.
